I have been going here for years. Before, I went to many different hair dressers. Zulinda always knows how to do my hair and I feel comfortable with her judgement on how to style it. She is the best.

TERRIBLE experience. 'Manny' cut my hair - and it was the worst haircut experience of my life. He asked MAYBE two questions about what I wanted, then did whatever he felt like anyway. He cut my neck up with clippers, ripped my earring out of my ear, and was roughly moving my head around to position it where he needed it. He did not wash my hair even though that was included in the price and blow-dried it without asking. He seemed to have a pretty serious tremor, which made me nervous from the get-go. The cut came out completely asymmetrical - a full inch shorter on one side than the other - and I can't fix it because the short side is WAY shorter than I wanted already. I'm out $20, keeping my fingers crossed that I don't get an infection in these scratches on my neck from what were definitely dirty tools, and praying that my hair grows out fast. NEVER AGAIN.
